The first portion of this fun, inspiring class will consist of a comprehensive demonstration on how to make the perfect cake for Petite Fours (including printed recipes), how to cut it into the desired sizes and how to successfully coat the Petite Fours to produce impressive, professional results. Then try your hand at making beautiful mini fondant toppers and use them to coat and decorate two beautiful Petite Fours (we will supply premade, cooled cake for this) to take home.
